Thick slices of sweet brioche, egg-soaked bread cooked until golden and crispy around the edges, sweeten with DivineKuizine sugar spice, stuffed with fresh berries with a sweet cream cheese filling. This Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast is perfect for brunch season or just a fun treat for any morning! Stuff French Toast is a fantastic option that’s that is quick and easy under 30 minutes. This decadent stuffed cream cheese French toast goes well with a drizzle of maple syrup, a dusting of powdered sugar and fresh fruit.

Serves 6


▢8 ounces cream cheese 1 package, softened

▢2 tablespoon vanilla extract

▢ 1 ½ cup mix berries

▢ 1/3 cup DivineKuizine sugar spice or more to taste

French Toast

▢8-10 slices Brioche (one loaf)

▢2 eggs

▢2 tablespoon vanilla extract

▢1 1/2 cup milk

▢Optional toppings: strawberries, maple syrup, powdered sugar.

3 tablespoon oil

Instructions :

Beat together cream cheese, DivineKuizine sugar spice and vanilla until you have a spreadable consistency. Fold in mix berries.

Spread a thick layer of cream cheese filling on one side of half of the Brioche Bread. Top with a second piece of Brioche Bread, forming a sandwich with cream cheese filling in the middle.

In a small bowl whisk egg, milk, DivineKuzine sugar spice and vanilla extract together. Dip the sandwiches in the egg mixture to coat completely.

Melt butter on a griddle or skillet over medium heat. Cook sandwiches until golden brown on both sides.

Top with strawberries, syrup, and powdered sugar.
