Lamb Chops one of my boyfriend’s favorite meats. He always wanted grill lamb chops. So this was my first time making them and they were delicious. So now we do not have to always go to some restaurant for lamb chops I can make them at home now!!!
Grilled Lamb Chops
6 lamb chops
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 fresh sprig rosemary,(1 teaspoon)
1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, (six leaves)
2 fresh sprig thyme, (1-2 tablespoons)
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
In food processor or blender add garlic, rosemary, mint leaves, thyme, salt and pepper. Pulse until combined. Pour in olive oil and pulse into a paste. Rub the paste on both sides of lamb chops, place in a plastic bag.
Let them marinate for a least 1 hour or overnight in refrigerator.
Remove from refrigerator and allow the chops to come to room temperature; it will take about 20 minutes.
Heat grill. Add chops cook on both sides for 3 minutes for medium rare or 3.5 minutes for medium
