Spinach Salad

I love spinach salad I can eat about two to three times a week. Here is one of my favorite version of spinach salad.

Serves 4


6 grape tomatoes , cut in halves

3 tablespoon dried cranberries

handful of candies pecans

Candied Pecans:

1/2 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon DivineKuizine

pinch of salt

Roughly chop pecans. In a sauce pan over medium heat combine all ingredients constantly stirring until all ingredients well combine. take off heat and let pecan cool.

Or better yet you can you my Divine Kuizine Sugar spice and just add butter.

Salad Dressing:

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

4 tablespoons olive oil

1 table spoon of DivineKuizine

pinch of salt

season pepper

2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

Combine all ingredients

Mix spinach, tomatoes, dried cranberries and candied pecans together in a large bowl. Pour dressing over salad ; toss to coat . Serve immediately.
