We guarantee everything. If you are not happy with your order, you may return within 7 days complete refund. Unless the return is due to an error made by DivineKuizine, we cannot refund shipping charges. Due to our quality assurance shipping procedures, we guarantee that all items shipped are in good condition. Divine Kuizine will not accept returns on any items that have been opened or where the tamper evident seal has been broken (food products). All perishable food orders are final with no refund . Exception- expired product.

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 15 days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer. Divine Kuizine will absorb the shipping cost for all damaged merchandise returned. Allow 5-7 days from the time you return your package for full refund to your credit card or exchange goods. We will notify you via email as soon as your refund or exchange is complete.

Free shipping on orders over $50. All orders are subject to processing time, shipping is estimated in 3-5 business days. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. We use USPS to ship, final shipping cost will be displayed at check out. If your package is lost or missing, call us within 2 weeks of delivery date to be eligible for reshipment. Shipping fees are nonrefundable, if you refuse a package from DivineKuizine, you will be responsible for the cost. International shipping currently not offered. Price is calculated based on total order weight.
