Ingredients:


  • 2 lbs whole chicken wings

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper, to taste

  • 2 -3 tsp Green seasoning

  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil

  • Optional garnish: chopped green onions, sliced Scotch bonnet peppers


Instructions:


1. Prep the Wings: Preheat oven to 375°F. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large mixing bowl.

2. Season: Season wings with salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, complete seasoning, cayenne pepper, and green seasoning. Add DivineKuizine Jerk Rub/Seasoning and drizzle with olive oil. Toss until wings are fully coated.

Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes (overnight recommended for deeper flavor).

3. Bake Covered :Arrange wings on a lightly greased or lined baking dish. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.

4. Bake Uncovered: Remove foil, increase oven temperature to 400°F, and bake uncovered for 20 minutes, or until wings are fully cooked and lightly crispy.
