  • 2 large chicken breasts

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp chicken seasoning

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

Buffalo Sauce

  • ½ cup hot sauce

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • ½ cup celery, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp fresh jalapeño, diced

  • ¼ cup red onion, diced

  • ½ cup red & green bell peppers, diced

  • 1 tsp fresh thyme

Sandwich Build

  • 6–9 slices sourdough bread (2–3 per sandwich)

  • 1 cup lettuce

  • 1 large tomato, sliced

  • 4–6 slices Havarti cheese

Instructions

1. Bake the Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
