Tropical Rum Slushie Recipe
Ingredients
2 oz Bacardi White Rum
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup frozen strawberry and mango blend
1 cup fresh watermelon, cubed
Juice of ½ lemon
8–10 fresh mint leaves
1–2 tablespoons honey
2 cups ice
Garnish
Watermelon wedge
Pineapple slice
Fresh mint
Lemon wheel
Instructions
Add the Bacardi rum, frozen pineapple, frozen strawberry and mango blend, watermelon, lemon juice, mint, honey, and ice to a blender.
Blend until thick, smooth, and slushie-like.
If it's too thick, add a small splash of cold water and blend again.
Pour into chilled glasses.
Garnish with fresh fruit and mint.
Serve immediately while icy and enjoy!
