Perfectly cooked Panini without a Panini press, crunchy and toasted on the outside, warm, gooey, and cheesy on the inside. This Panini hack is so easy and less expense them going out buying a press. It is quick, easy, and less trouble to clean up afterwards. This Panini involve my very own DivineKuizine remoulade sauce spread over Sourdough bread, tomatoes, Thai basil and smoke mozzarella. Make the prefect sandwich. Saucy, crispy bread and gooey cheese. Benefit of this sandwich it only takes 15 minutes from start to finish.
Ingredients:
Sourdough Bread
4 slices of smoke mozzarella cheese
1 tomato sliced
1 to 2 tablespoon butter
DivineKuizine Remoulade sauce
Directions:
1. Spread butter on both sides and DivineKuizine remoulade on one side of bread and assemble sandwiches with tomato, basil and cheese. Give each sandwich a little press with the palm of your hands to flatten slightly.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat for a minute or two, so it has time to heat fully. (little butter in the pan).Place a heavy piece of cookware over the Panini press down firmly. Allow to cook for 1 to 2 minutes until golden and crunchy.
3. Flip. Set cookware back on top, pressing down to flatten further. Cook for a minute or so and remove from heat. Slice diagonally if desired. Enjoy!
