Jerk Turkey Club Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

For the Jerk Turkey Breast

  • 1 bone-in turkey breast

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp green seasoning

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp complete seasoning

  • 1–2 tbsp DivineKuizine jerk seasoning

For the Candied Beef Bacon

For Herb Butter Toasted Bread

  • 8 slices herb sourdough bread

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp fresh thyme

  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • Pinch of salt

  • Pinch of black pepper

Sandwich Toppings

  • 4 slices Havarti cheese

  • 4 slices Colby cheese

  • Lettuce

  • 2 tomatoes, sliced

  • Salt & pepper, to season tomatoes

  • DivineKuizine Remoulade (as mayo substitute)


Instructions

Season & Cook Turkey

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Pat turkey breast dry. Rub with olive oil and green seasoning.

  3. Season generously with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, complete seasoning, and DivineKuizine jerk seasoning.

  4. Place in baking dish and roast for 1 hour–1 hour 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  5. Rest for 10–15 minutes, then slice thinly.

. Make Candied Beef Bacon

  1. Place beef bacon on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  2. Sprinkle both sides with DivineKuizine Sugar Spice.

  3. Bake at 400°F for 15–20 minutes until caramelized and crispy.

  4. Let cool slightly.

Toast Herb Bread

  1. Mix melted butter, olive oil, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.

  2. Brush mixture onto both sides of sourdough bread.

  3. Toast in skillet or oven until golden brown and crisp.

Assemble Sandwich

  1. Spread DivineKuizine Remoulade on toasted bread.

  2. Layer sliced jerk turkey, Havarti cheese, Colby cheese, candied beef bacon, lettuce, and sliced tomatoes.

  3. Lightly season tomatoes with salt and pepper.

  4. Top with second slice of bread and slice in half.
