LOVE POTION MOCKTAIL-VALENTINE DRINK

One taste and you’ll fall in love with this Love Potion mocktail – a sparkling pink non-alcoholic drink recipe that’s perfect for Valentine’s Day, baby or bridal showers, or any special occasion! This is one of my favorite drinks to make when I’m hosting a shower or a brunch. It’s easy, versatile, absolutely delicious, and, with its frothy pink color, also extremely cute! It’s also super easy to make and prep ahead of time - and skips bar tools like a cocktail shaker - so pouring some at dinner time on Valentine’s Day is quick and simple.

Ingredient:

• 3oz pomegranate juice

• 1.5 oz simple sugar

• 2 oz sparkling water or club soda

• Fresh strawberries (garnish)

• Edible glitter (garnish)

• Red sprinkles - for rim of glass

• Lemon or Lime - to wet the rim of glass

Instructions:

Take Lemon or Lime cut in half wet the rim of the glass with the juice .Then dip the glass into the red sprinkle sugar .

Place pomegranate, simple syrup and sparkling water in a wine glass or flute glass

Top with sparkling water and a sprinkle of edible glitter.

Stir gently.

Garnish with a slice of fresh strawberry.

Sip and enjoy!
