Broccoli and Peppers

Broccoli is one of my favorite go to vegetables. Not too expensive and mostly everyone in my family eats broccoli. This is quick an easy vegetable that your family will enjoy.

  1. Serves 4

  2. 1 pound of fresh broccoli

  3. ½ of red onion, cut julienne

  4. ½ red pepper, cut julienne

  5. ½ of green pepper, chopped

  6. ½ jalapeno, cut julienne

  7. 1 garlic clove, chopped finely

  8. 2 tablespoons of butter

  9. ¼ olive oil

  10. Salt and pepper to taste

  11. ½ chicken bouillon cube

  12. 2 Divine Kuizine sugar spice

  13. ¼ cup of water

In frying pan add olive oil saute broccoli, peppers, garlic, onions, over medium high heat for about 2 minutes. Add salt, pepper, brown sugar or DK sugar spice, butter and bouillon cube. Turn heat to medium. Pour water in pan ,place top over pan and steam broccoli until tender not to soft still have a bite and bright green. About 10-15 mins
