Easy Healthy Waffles

These easy healthy perfect breakfast recipe for busy mornings. they are delicious using the coconut oil and unsweetened almond milk for a healthier option. If I had to choose between pancakes and waffles, I'd always pick waffles. It's not that I don't like pancakes, it's just that waffles are superior in every way. They perfectly toe the line between crispy and fluffy, their design makes them the perfect vehicle for too much syrup, and they can be sweet or savory.
Serves 6 waffles
1 teaspoon DivineKuizine sugar spice
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup coconut oil , melted
In mixing bowl add DivineKuizine apple fritter mix set aside. Separate eggs yokes and egg whites.
In a bowl mix egg yolks, milk, oil and DivineKuizine sugar spice, until well mixed. Combine wet and dry ingredients together until mixture is well combined. Using an electric mixer, beat egg whites in another bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold eggs whites in waffle batter.
Coat waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray and follow the directions according to the manufacture.
Enjoy delicious and fluffy waffles.
