Pineapple Coconut Rum Cocktail



The Best Coconut Pineapple Cocktail

Serving :1 Cocktail

Ingredients:


  • 1 1/2 oz white or brown rum

  • 1 oz pineapple juice

  • 1 oz coconut milk

  • 1/2 oz lime juiced

  • 1 oz DivineKuizine sugar spice simple syrup

  • toasted coconut

  • honey

Instructions: Rum Coconut Pineapple Cocktail


Toasted coconut flakes :

  • In a pan, toast your unsweetened coconut shavings on medium heat. It will only take a few minutes. You’ll slowly start to see the coconut shavings turn golden brown.

  • Once they are a nicely toasted, remove from heat and set aside.

  • Rim your glass with the honey and dip in the toasted coconut.


    Make the simple syrup:

  •  Combine 1/2 cup DivineKuizine sugar spice , 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan.  Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer a few minutes.  Set aside to cool.


    Prepare Cocktail:

  • Fill a shaker with ice. Add the rum, pineapple juice, coconut milk, lime juice, and DivineKuizne sugar spice. Shake Well. Pour into a glass.

  • Garnish with DivineKuizine Sugar Spice and a pineapple wedge.
