This is a great breakfast smoothie or healthy snack. I always have some sort of smoothie or healthy drink in the morning after my work outs it really helps to keep me full. Plus it taste great! Berries are great antioxidants, ginger vitamin C, magnesium, potassium, copper, and manganese, Oats is low in Saturated Fat, and very low in Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Dietary Fiber.
