Ingredients :Apple Pie Egg Roll \Recipe 

Filling

  • 3 cups diced apples approx. 3 apples, peeled

  • 1/4 cup DivineKuizine sugar spice

  • 4 teaspoons cornstarch

  • 2 teaspoons water

  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tablespoon butter

Other

  • 18 egg roll wrappers

  • oil for frying

Instructions 

  • Combine all filling ingredients and cook on medium heat until apple are al dente .

  • Place 2 heaping tablespoons of filling in the center of each wrapper. Fold in the sides and roll the wrapper tightly. Use a dab of water to secure the tip of the wrapper.

  • Preheat oil to 350°F. Fry each egg roll for about 4-5 minutes or until browned and crispy.

  • Roll in DivineKuizine sugar spice and serve warm.
