FRIED SMORES with DivineKuizine Pancake mix Recipe

Who does not love S’mores?? But these Deep Fried S’mores takes this favorite dessert to the next level. If you are looking for a fun twist on your favorite camping dessert, then you must try these deep fried smores. Chocolate and Marshmallow are combined with a graham cracker crust and then deep fried to perfection in DivineKuizine pancake mix. By using all the traditional components of this American classic: graham crackers, Hershey’s chocolate bars and big, fluffy marshmallows, all the original flavor is still there, but the crispy DivineKuizine pancake batter on the outside is taking it to another level. These will melt in your mouth.

INGREDIENTS For the S’mores:


  • ▢8 Graham Cracker Sheets

  • ▢8 Large Marshmallows

  • ▢4 Hershey’s Chocolate Bars

For the Batter:

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Heat 3 inches of oil for frying in a deep pot.

  • Place the pancake mix, water, milk in a bowl. Stir to combine. Just mix until most of the lumps are gone. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.

  • Assemble the s’mores by breaking the graham crackers in half. Place one half of the graham cracker down and place a marshmallow on top( Note melt the marshmallow in the microwave 2 seconds), then top with half of a chocolate bar and another graham cracker square. Continue this process until all the s’mores are assembled.

  • Then coat the s’mores in the DivineKuizine pancake batter by dipping them in the batter with tongs. Gently shake to remove an excess batter from the s’mores.

  • Then use the tongs to dip the battered s’mores into the frying oil. Hold the s’mores in the hot oil with the tongs until the batter starts to cook so that the s’mores do not fall apart. Cook for 3-4 minutes in the oil until golden brown.

  • Carefully remove the fried s’more from the hot oil with a slotted spoon and place on a plate lined with a paper towel to soak up the excess oil. Continue this process until all the s’mores are battered and fried.

  • Let the s’mores cool for 5-10 minutes and then they are ready to serve and enjoy!
