3/4 almond milk or whole milk
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 stick of butter
In a small bowl, combine the DivineKuizine Gluten Free Pancake and Waffle Mix and yellow corn meal. Combine/ Whisk the eggs, milk and sour cream; stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Drop batter by 3/4 cupfuls onto a hot light greased griddle. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Enjoy!
