I love all kinds of Potato Salad this is one of my favorites I use rainbow potatoes so you get different flavors textures , and grilled stir in DivineKuizine remoulade sauce. This potato salad is this a true crowd pleaser. Perfect addition to a sunny picnic table. When people ponder potato salad, they often think of two distinct varieties. There's the mayonnaise-based potato salad , that's served cold. It typically features some combination of peeled russet potatoes, hard-boiled eggs, pickles, celery, and often a touch of mustard another version is German Potato Salad, which is featuring unpeeled red potatoes. It's loaded with bacon and dressed in a delicious combination of vinegar and bacon grease. My version is a combination of both versions, colored potatoes. DivineKuizine remoulade sauce, fresh herbs and can be served warm or at room temperature.
Ingredients :
1 1/2 cup DivineKuizine remoulade sauce
3/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tsp salt
3lbs baby medley colored potatoes
1/4 cup parsley
2 tablespoon fresh dill
2 greens onions , sliced
1/3 cup red, and orange peppers, finely chopped
1 jalapeño pepper, finely chopped
1/2 celery, finely chopped
Instructions:
Cover potatoes with water add salt to the pot. Bring to a boil about 8-10minutes not all the way cooked not quite fork tender.
Drain potatoes and let cool.
Cut potatoes in halves.
On a grill pan add potato halves and veggie exempt the green onions. Cook potatoes and veggies on the grill about 10 -15-minutes or until nicely grilled.
When potatoes and veggies are nicely grilled . Place in a bowl add in DivineKuizine remuoulade sauce ,and Ginger Honey , by Akachii Teas
Incorporate dill , green onions and parsley to salad . Add addition salt if needed.
