Grilled Steak, Potato & Mushroom Kabobs

There is nothing better than Steak and potatoes my family loves when I make steak and potatoes a little more fun with kabobs!!! This is a treat at any cook out as well.


Serves 12

1 pound New York beef sirloin

8 ounces baby bella mushrooms

1 pound small potatoes

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

3 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

2 tablespoon dumpling sauce or teriyaki sauce

2 garlic cloves, chopped


Directions:

Cut the steak into 1 inch chucks, slice mushrooms in a large plastic bag. In a bowl whisk olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, dumpling sauce , garlic , salt and pepper. Pour the steak and mushroom marinate over the steak and mushroom that are in large plastic bag. Refrigerate for at less 8 to 24 hours.


Meanwhile, boil the potatoes in large pot of salted water until just tender, about 8-10 minute. Drain the cool slightly.


Thread the marinated steak and mushrooms, along with potatoes, onto skewers.

Heat grill to medium-high. Grill kabobs for 10-12 minutes, turning once, until meat is cooked to desired doneness. Re-season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
