Ingredients:
lb Ground Beef (80/20)
 1 tsp McCormick steak seasoning
 1 tsp salt
 2 tsp DivineKuizine Jerk rub
 1 tsp Olive Oil
Peppers:Â
1/4 red pepper , thinly sliced
1/4 orange pepper , thinly sliced
jalapeño , sliced
 2 tsp Olive oil
pinch salt pepper
tablespoon butter
2-3 tablespoons DivineKuizine Jerk Sauce ( the peppers and onions are well saturated)
Other Ingredients:
Havarti cheese slices ( 1package )
Smoked cheese cheddar slices ( 1package )
Dill pickles
4 Burger Buns
Directions
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, DivineKuizine jerk seasoning, McCormick steak seasoning, salt. Mix together and form beef into balls.
Slice a red onions, red and orange peppers and jalapeño peppers Set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and add burger balls and smash .Flip burgers over and add cheese. Cook until desired doneness and remove from skillet. In sauté pan add red onions, peppers , salt and saute for about 5 minutes, add DivineKuizine jerk sauce until onions and peppers are soften and caramelize. Remove and side aside.
On brioche bun spread DivineKuizine remoulade sauce onto both slices. Assemble Jamaican Jerk cheese Burger burger by adding the pickles , peppers and onions to the bottom bun, then the cheese patty peppers , and onions stop next cheese patty on top with more peppers and onions and drizzle DivineKuizine jerk sauce.
