Jerk Chicken Alfredo Pizza Puffs

If you’ve been on social media in the last week then you know the current fast food craze is Little Caesar’s Crazy Puffs, and you know I had to try my hand at it, But my way "Chef Shays Way" so hear is my Copycat version Jerk Chicken Alfredo Crazy Puffs!

These crispy, cheesy bites, garlic butter pizza dough crust stuffed jerk chicken , marinated with DivineKuizine jerk seasoning , various colored peppers thick, creamy Alfredo sauce and enough cheese to satisfy all your cravings. These Jerk chicken Alfredo pizza puffs are out of this world delicious. A must make, DivineKuizine Jerk Seasoning and Jerk sauce give you the hint of spice you need for these Jerk Chicken Alfredo Pizza Puffs. Your family or guest will ask for you to make these pizza puffs all the time.

Best Ever Jerk Chicken Alfredo Pizza Puffs
Jerk Chicken Alfredo Cheese Puffs

Serves 12 Cook Time 30 minutes


  • muffin tin


  • 14 oz pizza dough , I used store bought pizza for my local store

  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese grated

  • Olive oil

Marinate Jerk Chicken

  • 1/2 pound of chicken tenders or 1 chicken breast

  • 1 teaspoon green seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon complete seasoning ,onion and garlic powder , salt and pepper

  • 2-3 teaspoon of DivineKuizine jerk rub/seasoning

Alfredo Sauce

Garlic Butter

  • 1/2 cup butter melted

  • 1 tsp garlic paste

  • handful fresh parsley

  • 1/2 tsp DivineKuizine sugar spice

  • pinch red pepper flakes

  • 1/4 tsp salt and pepper


  • Fresh parsley


Alfredo Sauce

  • In a pan over medium heat add butter, garlic paste, heavy cream, DivineKuizine jerk sauce, DivineKuizine sugar spice season with salt and pepper.

  • Whisk until the sauce thickens and is reduced.

  • Remove from heat, mix in parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.

  • Set aside to cool. As it cool it will continue to thicken and that’s what you want.

Jerk Chicken

  • In a bowl add chicken tenders season with olive oil, green seasoning, complete seasoning, DivineKuizine Jerk seasoning/rub , onion and garlic powder , salt and pepper.

  • Combine seasoning altogether until well combined.

  • In a pan over medium heat add olive oil , chicken and cook on both sides until thoroughly cooked.

  • Set to the side to cool.

  • Chopped into bite size pieces.

Garlic Butter

  • In a bowl add all ingredients listed under “garlic butter” mix thoroughly and set aside.


  • Roll out the pizza dough and divide into 12 equal pieces.

  • Add some garlic butter into each pocket of the muffin tin. Brush in to coat.

  • Place a piece of pizza dough into each muffin tin pocket and press to shape into the tin.

  • Add some shredded mozzarella cheese to each pocket, followed by alfredo sauce, the chopped jerk chicken, more alfredo sauce and cover the tops with more mozzarella cheese.

  • drizzle with garlic butter.

  • Place in a preheated 425F oven and bake for 16-18 minutes. Until cooked through and golden brown.

  • Brush each with garlic butter as soon as they come out the oven. Sprinkle parsley.

  • Enjoy!
