There is something magical about a pot of soup simmering on the stove. The smell fills the house, the windows fog just a little, and you instantly feel warmer. This Jerk Chicken Soup is one of my favorite comfort meals during the colder months. It has all the bold flavors of jerk chicken, slow-cooked into a rich, creamy broth with tender vegetables and coconut milk. Every spoonful is hearty, spicy, and deeply satisfying.
The base of this soup starts with boneless chicken thighs seasoned with DivineKuizine Jerk Seasoning. The seasoning gives this soup its signature kick — it’s savory, bold, and the perfect amount of heat. The vegetables add layers of texture: carrots, potatoes, butternut squash, bell peppers, corn, butter beans, and fresh thyme. The coconut milk ties everything together with a silky, creamy finish.
If you love Caribbean flavors, soul-warming food, and easy one-pot meals, this Jerk Chicken Soup belongs in your kitchen.
