Prep Time 20 minutes Cook Time 8-12 minutes

Serves 4 "8 slices"


Ingredients:

Chicken Marinade

1-2 Chicken Breasts; Skinless

1 tsp DivineKuizine Jerk Seasning

1 tsp complete seasoning

1 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

11/2 teaspoon olive oil

2 tsp green seasoning

2 tsp cayenne pepper


Cut chicken into inch chucks In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Place oil in a saucepan heat to medium high heat. Add chicken to saucepan and let it pan sear for 2-3 minutes. Cook chicken to fully cook. Take out of pan set aside.



Pizza Sauce:

1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped

14 cup yellow or orange bell pepper, finely chopped

1/4 cup red onions ,finely chopped

jalapeno pepper, finely chopped

1tsp green seasoning

2 tsp tomato paste

chicken bullion cube

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp garlic paste

1/3 cup water

Using the same pan that was used for the jerk chicken, add oil and vegetables, sauté for about 1 minute, then incorporate the remaining ingredients and simmer over medium-low heat until everything is well combined.


Remaining Ingredients:

2 cups plantains

1-2 cups fresh mozzarella


Make Garlic Butter:

1/2 cup melted butter

1 tsp garlic paste

handful parsley

Combine all ingredients together


Add Filling:

Place the mozzarella cheese, jerk chicken, and plantains along the edges of the crust, leaving a 3/4-inch gap. Fold the dough edges over the cheese, plantains, and jerk chicken, pinching them to seal. Try to fully enclose the cheese, plantains, and jerk chicken inside. If sealing is difficult, allow the dough to rest for a few minutes. 


Assemble:

Spread jerk pizza sauce on pizza dough. Sprinkle white cheddar cheese. Add jerk chicken. evenly distribute on pizza dough. Brush the dough with garlic oil on the rim of the pizza crust.

Slide pizza onto pizza stone or pan to a preheated oven 425F and bake until crust is golden and cheese melted about 8 to 12 minutes.
