Easy Mango Barbecue Chicken Pizza Recipe

My family favorite Mango BBQ Chicken Pizza made with DivineKuizine Mango Barbecue sauce a little bit of sweet and spicy , smoke Gouda, fresh mozzarella, chicken, red onions and cilantro on easy homemade/store bought pizza crust. Baste with garlic butter around the edge of the crust.


Making homemade pizza on the weekends such a great family fun activity the whole family can enjoy and participate in. It is easy, cheap, and fun! You can save time by using a rotisserie chicken, but any cooked, shredded chicken will work as well. To save time you could use store-bought pizza dough fresh in the bakery department as good as you making it yourself without the prep work.







Prep Time 10 mins Cook Time 15-10 mins Serves 2-4

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken ,or shredded rotisserie or about 2 chicken breasts

  • Fresh mozzarella rolls ( 4-5 balls)

  • 1 cup smoked Gouda

  • 1 cup DivineKuizine Mango Barbecue Sauce

  • 1/4 large red onion very thinly sliced

  • 1 Roma tomato, chopped

  • fresh cilantro to taste

  • Store - bought pizza dough


Garlic butter sauce for the edge of pizza

  • 2 tablespoon melted butter

  • 1 tsp garlic paste

  • handful fresh parsley

Mix together and bush on the edge of the crust


How to Make Mango BBQ Chicken Pizza


  • Season 1-2 chicken breast with tsp each of salt and pepper. Lightly drizzle with grapeseed oil or olive oil. Bake on 375F for 20-30 minutes.

  • Spread pizza crust dough with a thin layer of DivineKuizine Mango Barbecue Sauce.

  • Add cooked, shredded chicken to a bowl and mix in DivineKuizine Mango Barbecue Sauce.

  • Top pizza with 1/2 cup of smoked Gouda, 4-5 fresh mozzarella balls torn into pieces. red onion, shredded chicken and fresh tomatoes.

  • sprinkle with cilantro, to taste.

  • Brush the edge of the pizza with garlic butter sauce

  • Bake at 450 F for 10 -15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and toppings are bubbly.
