Pineapple and Lemon Ice Cubes

EQUIPMENT

• Ice cube tray

INGREDIENTS

• 4 cups pineapple juice

• 1 lemon ,cut into ¼ slices

INSTRUCTIONS

• POUR pineapple juice into a large pitcher

• ADD 3 slices of , lemon to each ice cube mould - Place 2 on the side and one in the middle to give the rose affect in a ice cube.

• POUR pineapple juice into the ice cube tray and freeze overnight or until complete frozen

Pineapple Lemon Drop Martini

Sugar Rim

• 1 cup sugar

• 2 teaspoons fresh squeeze lemon juice

• Lemon for garnish

Instructions

• 3/4 oz triple sec (1 1/2 tablespoon )

• 2 oz vodka (1/4 cup)

• 3/4 oz simple syrup more if you like sweeter (1 1/2 tablespoon)

• 1 ounce fresh squeeze (2 tablespoons)

• Pineapple Lemon ice cube

Instructions

• Add ice cube to martini glass

• Add all ingredients into the shaker

• Shake well and strain into a martini glass.

• garnish with lemon wedge and enjoy!
