Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/3 cup red onion, chopped

  • clove garlic, minced

  • 2 tsp green seasoning

  • 1 pound lean ground beef

  • jalapeno pepper , finely chopped

  • 2 tsp DivineKuizine Jerk seasoning

  • 1 tsp season pepper

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/3 cup Marinara sauce

  • 1/4 cup DivineKuizine Jerk sauce

  • handful fresh parsley , roughly chopped

  • 1 ½ cups cooked rice

  • 4 large colored bell peppers

  • 4-6 sliced Havarti cheese


Instructions Stuffed Bell Peppers

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

  • Cut out stem ends of bell peppers and set aside; scoop out seeds. With a sharp paring knife, cut out a jack-o'-lantern face on one side of each pepper. Set aside.

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add all ingredients except for your cooked rice. crumbling the ground beef with a wooden spoon, until your ground beef is complete cooked through remove from heat and stir in rice.

  • Stuff the peppers with the Jerk beef mixture. Place the steamed tops back on top of the peppers. 15 minutes.

  • Take peepers out the oven. Remove peppers top and place a slice of Havarti cheese 1 or 2 slices on each pepper . Place peppers tops back on each peppers. Cover and continue cooking for about additional 10 minutes or until cheese nice and melty.


    Ready to Serve!!
