These Mediterranean-inspired chicken patties are a light contrast to your beef burgers and complement any backyard barbecue. 1/4 roughly chopped red onion
1/4 roughly chopped orange bell pepper
1/4 roughly chopped red bell pepper
2 green onions roughly chopped
1/2 jalapeno , chopped (deseed)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper
tablespoon Montreal chicken seasoning
1/3 cup olive oil
To prepare aioli, combine all ingredients in a food processor; pulse 1 minute or until smooth.
1lb ground chicken
1 tomato, chopped
1/4 cup Feta cheese
2 tablespoon flour or panko breadcrumbs
3 tablespoon DivineKuizine remoulade sauce

Combine the ground chicken aioli and 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Divide the chicken mixture into a 1/2-inch-thick patty. Place patties on grill rack or broiler pan and cook for 6 minutes on each side or until burgers are done. Spread 1 1/2 tablespoons DivineKuizine remoulade over top half of each bun. Place patties on bottom halves of buns, and top each with fresh spinach top half of bun.
