Turkey Tenderloin with Portabella Mushroom Gravy

The turkey tenderloin is a portion of the turkey breast and it is boneless and skinless. 1.42 lbs turkey tenderloins or 4 tenderloins
2 tablespoons olive oil divided or grapeseed oil
1 cloves of garlic minced
1 pint of baby Bella mushrooms sliced
½ teaspoon ground sage
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon seasoned pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
4-5 fresh Thyme Sprigs
1 chicken bullion or vegetable cube
2 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons butter
season salt , to taste
½ sweet chili sauce
1½ cups of water
Seasoned Turkey Tenderloins with all spices .
Oil skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and thyme ,brown turkey about 10 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
Add olive oil , butter, bouillon cube and flour to skillet . Stirring frequently. Add in water, and whisk until thickens and a smooth gravy is formed.about 3-5 minutes Add sweet chili sauce and taste to see if you need to add anymore pepper or salt to gravy. Return turkey to skillet.and the bella mushrooms to skillet as well. Cover and cook 30 minutes.
Garnish with parsley; optional
