Spring and Summer time is around the corner. A classic potato salad is a must have at every picnic and barbecue. And in my opinion, this one is the best. it's creamy, tangy, with a little bit of crunch from the crunch. Not: too sweet.Just the right balance of flavor. This is my version of classic potato salad using 2 of DivineKuizine products "remoulade sauce and sugar spice". #easyrecipe
Serves 6 people
Mixture of white and red potato, washed and cut into equal bite-size pieces
2 -3 hard boiled eggs
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
¼ cup chopped green pepper, red pepper, celery, green onion, and jalapeno pepper
¼ cup sweet gherkins, finely chopped
¼ cup of sweet gherkin juice
1 tablespoon DivineKuizine sugar spice
Wash and cut potatoes similar in size. Boil potatoes and eggs for about 5-8 minutes or until potatoes are tender but still with a little bite. Drain the water from the potatoes.and eggs. Set aside to cool.
Garnish with smoke paprika and fresh parsley.
