Homemade Guacamole Video

Guacamole is one of my favorite snacks ever. I can eat this every day.


Ingredients:

2 avocados peeled, pitted and mashed

1/2 fresh lime, juiced

2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons red onion, diced

1 roma plum tomatoes, diced

1 jalapeno pepper, deseeded and diced

1 tablespoon sour cream

2 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, jalapeño and sour cream . Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.
