5-7 pound turkey breast
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoon organic honey
1 stick of butter
2 teaspoon rosemary, fresh
2 teaspoon thyme, fresh
1 teaspoon sage, fresh
salt and pepper
How to Prepare:
Combine all ingredients together. Rub all over the turkey breast. Heat oven to 350ºF. Place turkey, skin side up, on rack in large shallow roasting pan. Insert ovenproof meat thermometer so tip is in thickest part of breast and does not touch bone. Roast uncovered 1 hour.
When done, I allow meat to rest for about 10 to 15 minutes before slicing.
